Is the Inveck app on iOS and Android?
Yes. Download Inveck from the App Store and Google Play.
Are there any restrictions on users?
No. There is no restriction on app users: all verifiers can work together at the same time.
Do we need to buy special hardware?
No. The app works on any Android or iOS device, so you can use employees’ own phones or company devices.
What happens to the data on the phone?
Data on the phone is stored in encrypted form and erased automatically once the count is completed.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Take your milestone offline before counting; data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Can counters add items not in the list?
Yes. Floor-to-sheet items can be added with the + button when stock is found physically but not in the system list.
What happens at final submit?
The counter reviews pending, excess and shortage items, signs, and submits. After that the milestone is locked from editing.
